| With the rapid development of the global economy,more and more attention are being paid to environmental protection,energy saving and emission reduction.Hydraulic excavator,as one of the main construction machinery in civil engineering construction,has high consumption,high fuel consumption and low efficiency.The research of hydraulic excavator energy saving technology has gradually become one of the focuses.One of the main reasons which cause the low total efficiency of the hydraulic excavator is that a large amount of hydraulic energy is converted into heat energy by throttling,in the normal operation.It wastes a lot of energy and makes the hydraulic excavator must be installed oil cooling equipment which increases the fuel consumption of hydraulic excavator.FR80E produced by Lovol Company is taken as research object.The main research contents are as follows:1.Analysising the necessity of improving the working efficiency of excavator and discusses the development and research status of excavator hydraulic system energy recovery technology.2.The excavator hydraulic system mathematical model and simulation model is stablished.The causes of excavator throttling and the hydraulic energy consumption under various working conditions is analyzed by using AMESim.3.The energy recovery scheme is proposed by simulating the two kinds of low efficiency working conditions of excavator.The feasibility of the two energy recovery scheme and the main factors are analyzed by theoretical analysis.4.The hydraulic energy recovery device without accumulator is designed by combining two energy recovery schemes.And hydraulic components and electrical elements are selected for the device.The AMESim simulation results show that Main pump output power of excavator with hydraulic energy recovery device reduce 31.5%. |
