Research On Process Quality Control Of New Product Development Projects Based On Life Cycle

New product development projects is a key factor to improve the core competitiveness of enterprises,with high investment,high-risk,quality control of the characteristics of strict requirements,which not only requires managers to understand the overall situation,but also realizes the precise control with the various stages of the project features.Therefore,how to ensure the stability of new product development process quality and high efficiency is a major problem plagued project management.At present,the quality control of new product development projects adopts the traditional project management,mode and more attention to the quality of the product itself,the quality of the project process is not enough attention.Based on this,this paper,based on the project life cycle as the axis and the process as the angle,makes the project process system dynamics model combining with the dynamic and iterative nature of the new product development project task activity and also establishes the quality control system of the new product development project combining with the characteristics of the process quality control in the actual project implementation based on the gate theory and the maturity model.Firstly,the importance and necessity of the quality control of the new product development project are pointed out by combining the development process of project quality management and the domestic and international research on the quality control of the project process and the related review of the project quality evaluation.At the same time,this lay a solid foundation for the following analysis of project process quality control combining with system dynamics,gate theory,maturity theory.Secondly,this paper establishes the new product development process quality system dynamic model,dynamic analysis of project processes,according to the process division of new product development project,the iterative relation of project process,and the project process schedule control,quality control and resource constraint.Thirdly,in the actual new product development project,the process control and appraisal are carried out by using the door-opening theory.According to the process flow of the project,the process quality control tool is used to monitor and control the project process,and the task can be entered into the next stage.In addition,according to the new product development project process,the establishment of process control capability evaluation criteria,the use of Capability Maturity Model to evaluate the project process control,and promote the continuous improvement and improvement of new product development project process quality.Finally,this paper analyzes the influence of the project process quality in the case of the dynamic process control under the ideal circumstance,the project cycle shortening and the project process evaluation decreased and also uses the gate theory,maturity model for process quality control and evaluation.Compared with the traditional process quality control method,the method can dynamically analyze and control the whole process according to the specific requirements of the project.It has obvious advantages,reduces the quality problem in the process of the project and improves the product quality.
