As the healthy development of national economy,the average daily traffic volume of highway traffic has increased dramatically,definitely may cause different degrees of injury for the bridge,and make road transportation safety buried under a lot of hidden trouble.Serious,damage to Bridges,collapse will directly affect the safety of people lives and property.Therefore,according to the characteristics of the structure and function of the highway Bridges in service,studying the influence of the damage of the bridge's different structure parts and impact factor to the safety of the bridge,getting the comprehensive and credible evaluation results by means of scientific,is of very important significance to ensure the transportation safety.First of all,this paper discusses the domestic and foreign development present situation of the bridge safety evaluation,expounds the security and economic significance of the bridge afety evaluation in the present and future of social,the application prospect of the bridge safety evaluation.Then,this paper takes reinforced concrete highway bridge as the research object,proposes the new evaluation model of the bridge damage assessment that is based on the AHP analytic hierarchy process,designs the hierarchical model of bridge safety evaluation from the apparent condition,the condition of material and the mechanical performance of the three parts of the structure of the bridge,design category five evaluation indexes according to the damage condition of the different evaluation index of the different levels.Then,this paper discusses the existing bridge safety assessment methods,expounds bridge damage safety evaluation based on four-layer fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model with its application,combined with different evaluation indexes of five evaluation criteria and obtains the reasonable results of the bridge damage safety assessment.After,this paper discusses the composition,business requirement and the function module of the bridge damage safety assessment and maintenance management system.The system function is divided into bridge information management,the evaluation parameters design,the bridge safety assessment and the bridge maintenance four function modules.Formulated the business processes of the safety assessment and maintenance of the bridge.And discusses the system architecture design,the database design,the scheme of library design and the produce process of the maintenance plan.Finally,this paper discusses the development technology and tools of the bridge damage safety assessment and maintenance management system and the implementation of the specific function modules.In this paper,through expounding the bridge damage safety evaluation based on four-layer fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model with its application,can get a more reasonable bridge damage safety assessment.Combine this method with the bridge damage safety assessment and maintenance management system,can improve the accuracy and efficiency of the bridge damage safety assessment.Not only can master the accurate operation condition,but also can provide advice and plan for the bridge maintenance.
