Domestic production of al?min?m alloy wheels are mainly used in low-cost low-pressure casting process.In the surface coating using automatic coating process,powder coating process,the outer surface of al?min?m alloy wheel after anti-corrosion treatment and then electrostatic powder coating,people have a beautiful,delicate,luxurious feeling.As people's pursuit of personalized,al?min?m alloy car wheel appearance of the shape tends to be more complex and diversified,and the replacement fast.But the dust produced in polishing a large n?mber of workers endangering health,resulting in environmental pollution,its very low production efficiency and high labor intensity seriously hampered the development of enterprises.In China's wheel hub processing enterprises are increasing the wheel of the business case,manual polishing this backward processing methods has become China's automobile wheel production industry to enhance and develop the biggest bottleneck.In this paper,the existing surface finishing technology and polishing methods are analyzed and compared,and the technology of batch mechanized polishing for complex curved surfaces is proposed.And a large-scale workpiece complex curved surface abrasive polishing method.The mechanism of polishing was studied.The factors affecting the polishing quality and efficiency were studied.The experimental data were obtained and the improvement of the polishing method was instructed.The polishing method,process parameters,equipment and tools of the combination of chemical and mechanical are studied and applied in the production practice to improve the polishing efficiency and quality of the large al?min?m alloy parts.
