With the development of economy and society,the electricity consumption continues to increase and the power quality becomes more and more important,therefore the real-time collection and analysis of power quality data has become an important task for electric power supervision department.At present,the collection of substation power quality data is still in the stage of manual operation,which is not only low efficiency but also endanger the personal safety of the staff.Therefore,it is necessary to develop a remote wireless data acquisition system for power quality data acquisition.With the rapid development of the unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)technique,which can be applied in power quality data acquisition,is capable of improving the working efficiency.In this thesis,we first introduced the development situation of the power quality data collection and transportation system,which not only depends on huge manpower but also low efficiency and poor security.The main content of this paper is to establish a remote wireless data acquisition system to collect and analyze the power quality data in real time.we propose a data collection system for PQDIF by the FTP client in the transformer substations communication system which is control by the unmanned aerial vehicle.In addition,we propose a cognitive radio based adaptive wireless transportation method to implement data transmission between the substation and the UAV.Furthermore,to extend the multi-sensors,it is necessary to obtain the effective reliable fieldbus interface on the UAV controller,therefore we design the CAN application layer protocol for which can extend sensors for the posture,orientation,communication and optical.The experiment results show that,the remote wireless data acquisition system can achieve the acquisition of power quality data and the embedded FTP client collects the PQDIF data effectively.Meanwhile,the reliability and transmission rate is improved by using the cognitive radio based adaptive transmission method.Finally,the validity of the self-defined CAN bus application layer protocol which is applied to the UAV sensor bus extension and data collection has been fully verified.
