With the situation of global energy crisis and environment pollution becoming more and more severe,whether properly solving this worldwide problem will directly concern the continuation of human and social development.In recent years,the renewable energy technology on earth has developed greatly.But there are also some problems caused by it are found.In the face of the limits of the ground solar power technology,the space solar power idea has been paid more and more attention by scientific workers recently.To meet the requirements of power generation,the space solar panels are always designed to be the long-span plate structure.The long-span plate with large span,light quality and small damping characteristics easily generates long-time and large-amplitude vibration with low frequency.And the vibration not only affects the goal orientation of the plate,but also may lead to structural fatigue.Furthermore,because of the lack of air damping in the space,it is very difficult to finish the vibration attenuation with its own damping.So it is necessary to use control technology to suppress the vibration.In this paper,the author researches on the vibration problem of the space tethered flexible plate and the main works are as follows:(1)Based on the laminated plate theory and Hamilton principle,the finite element model of the piezoelectric laminated plate is established and the finite element model of the plate structure with PZT can be obtained further.(2)The fuzzy control theory and PID control theory from the basic concept to the basic numerical examples are researched and then a fuzzy adaptive PID control method is designed.Finally,the simulation system is established by Matlab/Simulink module,and the results demonstrate the superiority of this control method.(3)The dynamics behavior of the plate simply supported on four corner points is analyzed with the commercial software ANSYS and MTALAB.According to the results of modal analysis,piezoelectric configuration scheme is designed.In order to get the best piezoelectric configuration scheme and control method,traditional PID and fuzzy adaptive PID methods are compared for the vibration control.(4)From the results of the dynamics behavior of the tethered plate with ANSYS we can obtain the conclusion that the link element can be adopted to simulate the tether when the tether is always in a state of tension.(5)Combining the above analysis,material nonlinearity is considered and we obtain the control equation of tethered flexible plate.And then,the simulation model is established by Matlab/Simulink.The simulation results verify the effectiveness and feasibility of the control scheme and control method.At the end of the paper,the research work and achievements are comprehensively summarized,and the problems of the research in the future are prospected.
