witched reluctance motor(SR motor)is a kind of advanced mechanical and electricalequipment with outstanding performance characteristics.However,the vibration and noise problems of SR motor seriously restrict its wide application.In this paper,the theoretical analysis and experimental research on the vibration suppression of SR motor are carried out.The main contents include:Based on the analysis of the electromagnetic characteristics of SR motor,the analytical formula of radial force is deduced.The main causes of the vibration of SR motor are analyzed,and the relationship between the vibration of the motor and the sudden change of the radial force is verified by simulation and experiment.Based on the equation of motion of the object,the transfer function of the vibration acceleration from the radial force to the stator of the motor is derived.In this paper,a method for reducing the vibration of SR motor is proposed,which is based on the reduction of the total radial force wave,and the SR motor phase current subsection control strategy is proposed.Compared with the traditional control method,the phase current subsection control strategy is to add the commutation conduction stage.In the commutation stage,the reference current is calculated by using the radial force relation between the before and the after phases,so that the radial force of the two phases is kept as constant as possible.In addition,the auxiliary control strategy of the SR motor drive system is improved,including the adaptive control strategy of the conduction angle,the software optimization of the rotor position estimation,and the current fault protection.The simulation model of SR motor drive system is established by using Simulink toolbox in MATLAB software.The simulation results show that the designed system has good performance and stable motor speed.By comparing the simulation results of two methods,the traditional control and the phase current subsection control,the latter can be used to suppress the vibration of the SR motor.This method not only reduces the fluctuation of the total radial force of SR motor,but also reduces the torque ripple.According to the design of the SR motor drive system control strategy,with a rated power 55 k W rated speed 1500r/min and 24/16 pole SR motor as a control object,designed a complete control system,including hardware and software system.A series of experiments are carried out on the system experiment platform.The experimental results show that the designed SR motor drive system has good performance and reliable operation,which canmeet the design requirements of SR motor.Based on the vibration measurement of the SR motor during operation,the results of the data analysis are fully confirmed,and the radial force control strategy proposed in this paper can be used to suppress the vibration of the SR motor.
