Safe operating of transformer is very important for preventing against disastrous electricity interruption.On-line monitoring for gases dissolved in oil in transformer is one of the most effective approaches.It is a relatively mature technical proposal at this stage that adapting the oil-gas separation technology to the photo acoustic spectrometry measurement technique.Oil-gas separation technique is an important part to achieve gas detection and analization efficiently.The goal of this article is that we should choose the suitable oil-gas separation technique.After that we optimize and perfect the performance of oil-gas separation system.So that we can decrease the possible error in the process of oil-gas separation,we also can raise the efficiency and improve the combination property of opto-acoustic transformer DGA monitoring system further.This article introduces the gas generation process firstly.Then we expound the relation between the fault gases and transformer fault.We also analysis and compare the three oil-gas separation methods which consist of membrane separation,vacuum separation and headspace technique in theory.And we narrate the theory of headspace oil-gas separation technique in detail,besides we optimize the method quantitatively in parameter.What is more,this article provides the designing structure of headspace oil-gas separation system.And this article researches the principle and impact of magnetic stirring apparatus emphatically.This article analyzes and confirms a series of parameters which may affect the efficiency and result of oil-gas separation process through theory.And intensively we analyze these parameters which have a great influence to the system such as the temperature of system,the proportion of oil and gas' s volume,the stirring speed and the degree of drying of entered air.On this basis,we verify the concrete influence of stirring speed for degassing speed depending on the experiment.And we confirm the most appropriate scope of stirring speed according to the experiment.The experiment result shows that the suitable stirring speed is between 50 to 70 r/min,and the suitable degassing time is 6 minutes.In addition,we determinate that the proportion between oil mass and air chamber is 1:1.And when we conduct the experiment for air's degree of drying,we use the determined stirring speed and degassing time.The research result of this article is providing the optimized designing parameter for headspace oil-gas separation system.Which have important practical value for performance improvement of opto-acoustic transformer DGA monitoring system which is based on headspace oil-gas separation technique.
