Research On Information Management System And Method Of Railway Track Inspection Maintenance And Repair

With the development of high-speed and heavy haul railway,the demand of railway track quality is higher and higher.At present,the traditional detection method of the railway track inspection,maintenance and repair was unable to meet the quality requirements of the railway track.Therefore,how to detect data and scientific analysis of the test data quickly and accurately,efficient completion of construction work,improve the efficiency of a railway track inspection,maintenance and repair,was the problem to solve for railway departments.The use of information technology was an effective way to improve the efficiency of railway track inspection,maintenance and repair.At present,the information technology has been used in the management of track maintenance division,but not been widely promoted and applied.For this reason,firstly,this paper analyzed and summarized the data collection,data integration,data analysis and evaluation methods of railway track,and established the information management system of railway track inspection,maintenance and repair.Then,two kinds of safety assistant subsystems for railway track maintenance and repair were studied in the aspects of clearance monitoring and machine tool and personnel monitoring in the construction of railway line.The one is a railway clearance for intelligent monitoring and alarm subsystem scheme.This scheme based on binocular vision technology and the general camera used in the traditional vision measurement using infrared camera instead.The railway clearance is monitored in real time by installing infrared cameras on both sides of the track and sound and light alarms.If a foreign body is found to invade the railway limit,the sound and light alarm will be taken for warning,it will improve the adaptability to the environment during the monitoring process.The other is the machine tool of the GPS monitoring subsystem scheme of construction personnel and machine tool.The scheme is to install GPS trackers on personnel and machines tool,and realize real-time monitoring of construction personnel and machines tool through management platform.At last,the paper studied a kind of assistant subsystem of railway track maintenance and repair,which is smartphone APP used in Android system.It is based on the rope method as the theoretical basis,the use of Java language development curve adjusting calculator.It has the function of automatic optimization,can calculate the optimal amount of the curve,and through an example shows that the amount of the curve by this APP calculation is better than the amount of the curve by manual calculation.
