| The influence of the equipment vibration on the industrial plant is common.It not only affects the safety of the plant structure and industrial production,but also the physical and mental health of operators.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the influence of the equipment vibration on the plant structure and the general law of vibration.This paper takes three engineering examples as the research object and models with finite element software ANSYS.The dynamic characteristics of the structure are analyzed,that is,the natural frequency of the structure and the mode of the vibration.From the analysis results: We can see the frequency interval change is more and more intensive when the natural frequency of the structure changes from low frequency to high frequency.The degree of intensity is related to the complexity of the structure,the layout of the secondary beams of the structure,the number and the position of openings in the structure,the integrity of the structure and other factors.The mode transits from parallel movement or in-plane torsion in low-order frequency to the combination of local vertical vibration and torsion in high-order frequency.Basing on the analysis of structural dynamic characteristics,I chose the method of combining the frequency domain of ANSYS dynamic response with time domain of the internal language APDL programming.By using this method,the main reason of structural vibration and the vibration response of the three projects under the different excitation conditions a single device,two devices and a plurality of devices are analyzed.we can draw the following results:(1)in the condition of a single device excitation,structural vibration is mainly at the top of the structure with weaker stiffness at low frequency;structural vibration is mainly the local vertical direction near by the vibration source and adjacent span at high frequency.(2)in the condition of two sets of equipment excitation,the phenomenon of beat vibration may occur in some positions of structure when the equipment have the same frequency.When the two equipment have different frequency,structural vibration is dominated by two different excitations and depends mainly on the dominant effect of a certain frequency(3)the vibration response to structure in multiple equipment,structural vibration is composed of a plurality of vibration interaction,with a wide range of complex forms and more intense,but it is difficult to achieve maximum excitation intensity in the positions of vibration sources at the same time.According to the law of structural vibration,the structural reinforcement treatment is carried out.There are many ways of vibration reduction,Considering the engineering and economic feasibility factors,the scheme of steel support and additional floor beam is chosen and the structure vibration is greatly reduced in the proper range. |
