In recent years,high-speed rail has become the development of China's “business card” successfully.But the construction of high-speed rail has brought unprecedented challenges to the project builders,especially in the tunnel construction we have encountered many technical difficulties.In the southwest,it is mountainous,complex geological conditions,broken weak rock and many bad geological areas.In Shanghai-Kunming high-speed section in Guizhou Gangwu Tunnel the construction technology is difficult and high safety risks.It is one of the difficult point of engineering projects in Shanghai-Kunming high-speed.The paper regards Gangwu Tunnel as the research object.Monoclinic thin interbed of soft rock tunnel deformation mechanism and deformation control research are discussed.The main research works are as follows:Firstly,by way of finite difference software FLAC3 D,the 3D Numerical model is established to study Shanghai-Kunming high-speed section in Guizhou Gangwu Tunnel.From the deformation,stress,plastic zone,surrounding rock stress field in different aspects in the process of tunnel excavation are analyzed by single inclined thin interbed effect on the stability of surrounding rock.Secondly,for more extensive research on single inclined thin interbed of tunnel surrounding rock deformation mechanism,different inclination angle of tunnel surrounding rock deformation,stress and plastic zone are studied in the paper.In the process of tunnel excavation it is analyzed in different inclination angle change influence on the stability of tunnel surrounding rock in order to determine the layered tunnel construction technology.Finally,according to field monitoring,we promptly improve construction technology or adjust the design parameters of Support structure,it completes information-based construction and guarantees the construction safety.
