| The so called grouting lifting technology,that is,through the grouting machine grouting in the reserved grouting hole,the use of grouting pressure to compensate for the building(structure)displacement or settlement technology.The core of the system is that when the settlement reaches the warning value,the construction(structure)is carried out by grouting to uplift and restore the work,so as to achieve the purpose of active control of settlement.At present,the technology has been successfully applied in many engineering fields,especially around the city by subway rail construction structures,roads,pipelines,railways and uneven settlement.On the basis of previous studies,this paper studies the mechanism of grouting uplift technology and its application in the under construction.The main contents are as follows:Firstly,the sleeve valve pipe grouting displacement compensation technology is introduced from the aspects of sleeve valve pipe structure,sleeve valve pipe grouting characteristics and sleeve valve pipe grouting construction technology.Then to Beijing metro line 9,the Military Museum of the main station beneath the existing tunnel of Beijing Metro Line 1 and through existing line 5 Puhuangyu Station as an example under the tunnel line 14,from the two aspects: deformation and stress analysis of the application of grouting displacement compensation technology of sleeve valve tube: using finite element the numerical simulation software ANSYS to build the new main station beneath the existing interval and the new tunnel in numerical model of the existing station,and simulating the construction process.When both the interval or the existing station settlement near the warning value,the pressure in the grouting hole and from simulation grouting,grouting pressure and Grouting grouting and grouting hole spacing,diameter to both aspects of sleeve valve pipe grouting displacement compensation technology impact on settlement and stress of the structure of distance. |
