At present,cracks may inevitably appear in most bridges in China because of natural factors,and cracks pose a great threat to safety safety,so real-time detection of bridge cracks real-time detection is crucial for bridge maintenance.Now the bridge measurement technologyis still manual measurement stage with low accuracy and efficiency.Therefore,how to improve the efficiency and accuracy of crack detection is no doubt the key of the analysis.First,in the actual collection process of the crack,due to the roughness of the crack image and noises,the error of crack measurement of crack is greatly increased,so this project is based on the actual situation in the selection of high precision hardware equipment and the most widely used method for image processing.The image mainly through segmentation technology and the image of crack two values noises are removed.The results show that the frequency domain filtering method is consistent with the expected indicators,and reduction of the measurement error is achieved.Second,detection methods of crack image's edges are compared with each other to choose the best method that is the Sobel method.And research methods of image morphology are used to further improve the crack image measurement accuracy.Meanwhile,through mosaic and fusion of different images of the same crack,panoramic measurement is achieved.Third,based on different algorithms for crack length and width at the present stage adopted a more accurate way of skeletonization is adopted to further deal with cracks.Then number of pixels handled according to Matlab calculation,more accurate values of crack characteristics are achieved directly,and the calculation of crack width in the area of the length of various algorithms are analyzed.Fourth,the experiment of crack measurement is carried out,and the experimental results are compared with the actual value.The results show that the accuracy of the crack measurement is relatively high,and the feasibility of the method is verified.
