Research On Location Selection Of Modern Construction Industrial Yard

As China’s pillar industry,the construction industry acts as a powerful engine to promote China’s economic development.With the concept of green,recycling,low-carbon applied in social development,construction industry is positively transforming and upgrading.It is well known that construction industrialization is the development trend of the construction industry.Through the implementation of the construction industrialization,the "extensive" construction mode of traditional construction industry can be improved,and the goals of energy conservation,sustainable development can be achieved.The development of construction industrialization in China is on the time and construction industrial yard come into being with the boom of implementation of construction industrialization.Construction industrial yard emerges as a new industrial park form,which integrates the characteristics of eco-industrial yard,science and technology yard and logistics yard.Construction industrial yard can make full use of industrial agglomeration effect,and promote the whole industry chain of construction industrialization.Therefore,more and more attention has been paid to construction industrial yard.The location problem is one of key factors to affect whether the yard can be sustainable in economic,social and environmental profits.So how to make the location of construction industrial yard more scientific and meet the special requirements of construction industry is a very important issue.This paper firstly summarizes the current location theory at both home and abroad through the literature review,which lays the foundation for the selection of location model of construction industrial yard.Then,this paper summarizes the present situation of China’s construction industrialization and construction industrial yard.This paper analyzes the characteristics of location of existing construction industrial yards,which are Shenyang Tiexi Modern Architecture Industrial Yard and Beoad & Fuyang Construction Industrial Yard.Then,the basic principles and influence factors of location selection of construction industrial yard are discussed.Based on these principles and elements,the existing location model is compared and analyzed.Then,based on the location-allocation theory,the location selection model of construction industrial yard is established.In the location model,the transport network is divided into sub-networks of raw materials and products respectively.The upper-level model is assumed to make the decision about the location and the origin–destination(OD)matrices of raw materials and products flow.The lower-level is used to calculate the flow of each section under given OD flow matrices,and gives feedback to the upper model.An efficient heuristic method is introduced to solve this bi-level model.Finally,taking the location of Chongqing construction industrial yard as an example,the model is analyzed empirically to verify its applicability.The goal of this paper is to establish the location selection model of the construction industrial yard,and to provide scientific basis and method for the government and enterprise to plan and investment construction industrial yard,and then to promote the sustainable development of construction industrial yard and the advancement of regional construction industrialization.
