Research On The Planning And Design Of Leisure Agriculture Park From The Perspective Of Region

With the improvement of living standards and the raise of urban work pressure,people’s requirements to tourism is also increasing.Enjoying and experiencing the tourism is to replace the simple appreciation of tourism,so leisure agriculture park just meet people’s requirements.However,there has also been high repetition rate in the development of the landscape and regional characteristics are not prominent,so the leisure agriculture park planning and design research from the geographical perspective have become worthy of study.In this paper,the literature review method,case analysis method and field investigation method are used to study the use of leisure agriculture park from the geographical perspective.The first,this paper summarizes the research on the inheritance and protection of rural culture in the development of leisure agriculture park by referring to the literatures related to research projects at home and abroad.It has found some problems,for example,the lack of integration between spatial structure and regional,the development trend is mainly to the direction of landscape and regional integration,the characteristics of the direction of quality,and the pattern of diversification direction.Second,through access to domestic and foreign related cases and five cases including Sweden Rosen Dale organic estate,Melbourne Muna leisure farm,Beijing Blues International Manor,Beijing Crab Island Green Ecological Resort Qinhuangdao,and Lulong Liuhe Valley-Oriental wine leisure valley,the author summed up the content which can be learnt from.Third,the planning and design of the leisure agriculture park in the high village of Tangshan City and the planning area are analyzed from the regional characteristics,traditional culture,historical architecture and art practices,considering the natural conditions,social conditions and site conditions.The SWOT analysis of the project is summarized from the favorable historical conditions,the natural environment,the superior geographical position,the development goal of the project,as well as the planning strategy of "inheritance","remodeling" and "promotion".the following conclusions(1)to extract the historical context of a particular region and inherit the cultural foundation of the protection of the leisure agriculture park,(2)to extend and deform the folk folk material to landscape layout and art form,(3)to respect the regional texture and give new life,(4)to retain the restoration of regional historical buildings andthe continuation of historical memory and provide reference,(5)to use folk culture and show regional characteristics.Hoping for the development of leisure agriculture park can provide reference.This study hopes to inject new vitality into the development of leisure agriculture park and provide reference.
