The dampness of the envelope has a negative impact on the service life of the building,building energy consumption and thermal performance of the building,and the indoor air quality is reduced,which can seriously endanger the health of the body,for example,cause asthma and other respiratory diseases.Based on the principle of encapsulation and humidity control,this paper systematically and deeply studied the moisture content of thermal insulation materials with typical envelope structure in the background of the climatic characteristics of hot summer and cold winter areas.First of all,the typical insulation wall and roof structure of the interface temperature and humidity calculation and analysis found that the external wall insulation and roof inverted insulation practices will not produce condensation,the external wall insulation in the insulation materials and grass-roots wall interface will produce condensation.Second,with reference to ISO,ASTM,GB,select the typical insulation materials---glass fiber and commonly used humidity control silica gel at 23 ?ambient temperature of the isothermal moisture absorption curve of the test results with the previous scholars study results The results show that the two isotherms are "S",and the equilibrium moisture content increases with the relative humidity of the air.In this paper,the climatic conditions of hot summer and cold winter areas are taken as examples,and the corresponding experimental tables are set up.The thermal performance of the commonly used intermittent heating mode wall in winter is analyzed.The results show that: Although the two cases will produce condensation within the wall to reduce the thermal performance,but the insulation material is not covered by the moisture is not greatly inhibited the thermal degradation of the wall condensation performance.Finally,combined with the isothermal moisture absorption curve equation of the insulation material and the humidity control material,the wet coupling relation of the air relative humidity,glass wool and silica gel in the packaging space is deduced,and the ternary nonlinear step equations are obtained.The effects of silica gel and glasswool on the moisture content of glass wool were investigated.The results show that in the packaging space,a very small amount of silica gel can greatly reduce the moisture content of glass wool,which plays a very good moisture resistance to the insulation material.
