| With the rapid development of engineering science and technology and the growing scale of engineering construction,the current construction covers the drawings design,construction organization,material supply,and construction management,so the effective management of information has gradually become important way to improve economic efficiency.The emergence of BIM has brought new changes to the field of construction,enabling the integration and sharing of information throughout the life cycle of the building,providing rapid and accurate information of the building for the project participants,to improve the ability of engineers to control the project.In addition,the integration effect of BIM makes it possible for the project to achieve lean management,and has gradually been widely used in the lean management of cost,progress,and quality in engineering construction.Domestic and foreign research on this aspect has gradually become a hot topic.Based on this,this paper studies the BIM integration effect and lean management of engineering.This paper first studies the framework of BIM integration,and then introduces the basic theoretical methods of BIM’s three goals(lean management of cost,progress,and quality),and finally makes a specific analysis of the lean management of cost,progress,and quality of the actual project of the stadium in Nanjing Institute of Physical Education and Sports,and draws a series of conclusions as follows:1.By using the comprehensive evaluation method constructed by the AHP method and entropy evaluation method is used to make a comparative analysis of the BIM cost management scheme and the traditional cost management scheme,which proves the advantages of BIM cost management.2.This paper mainly discusses the theoretical system of BIM technology integration effect in the implementation of construction project schedule,and mainly analyzes the BIM technology in the construction of system framework,progress management information platform,schedule management process,the preparation of schedule planning database,and schedule planning analysis system,which provides the theoretical basis for the realization of BIM technology in the lean management of construction project progress.3.The actual case of applying the BIM technology to the actual project in lean progress management was explored.The BIM technology was mainly used for the research on 3D model and the scheme bar chart.The BIM technology was used for progress management.Through the virtual construction,the active control of the progress management was achieved,the implementation of the schedule planning and the implementation efficiency of the bias measures were improved,the enterprise’s market competitiveness has been improved,and good economic and social benefits have been created.The construction period of the main structure of the project is 15 days ahead of schedule,proving the great use of the BIM technology in the process of lean management.4.Taking the actual project as an example,the BIM technology is used to carry out on-the-spot data collection,the establishment of BIM quality management platform,BIM quality data processing,quality evaluation standard and quality assessment fuzzy theory to evaluate the quality of the project.The statistics in quality problems of randomly selected 200 parts from the models of the BIM technology-used quality management in this real estate project indicates that the quality qualified rate without using the BIM quality management technology was 80%,while the quality qualified rate using the BIM technology quality management reached 96%.At the same time it was also confirmed that the implementation of BIM quality management technology enabled the project to successfully have the failure rate of 0%.This paper shows the absolute advantages of the BIM lean management through research on the BIM technology in the three goals of lean management.Through the study of the actual project case,this paper provides reference and guidance for the future practical application of the BIM technology in modeling,programming,data processing,and management measures,and has important theoretical and practical significance. |
