Study On Self-adaption And Active Balance Of Multiple Rocket Launcher Gravity Torque

In orer to solve gravity torque on both sides balancing problem of large value and dynamic change with the launcher pitch system load bomb mode which generated by a certain type of 24 mounted multiple launcher rocket weapon system to adapt to the large elevation angle and multi-bullet commom-frame launch operational requirements,this paper proposed a technique called self-adaption and active balance of multiple rocket launcher gravity torque from mechanical and electrical standpoint.The active balancing system was researched and developed on account of this innovative technology,which including comprehensive calculation software of any load bomb mode pitch system gravity torque developed by MATLAB platform,virtual prototype and control system of active balancing machine.The kinematics and dynamics analysis of active balancing machine were carried out based on Adams software,the electromechanical integrated simulation analysis of active balance system was carried out based on Adams and MATLAB/Simulink software,at last,based on the simulation data,the balance effect of the active balancing system and the traditional passive balancing machine is compared.Research data show that the active balancing system has realized output balancing torque in any load bomb mode basically coincident with gravity torque curve of active balancing system within the high and low operating range of launcher,the maximum surplus of unbalanced gravity torque is greatly reduced,all the qualifications were perfectly satisfied with the design requirement.The balance effect results show that the active balancing system can effectively solve the problem of self-adaption and active balance of launcher gravity torque,providing a favorable solution to realize the light and high speed of launcher,reduce the total reaction time of the system,reduce the demand for ship electric power,enhance the operational performance of this type of weapon system and more,at the same time,it can provide innovative ideas for other type of weapon system like multiple launcher rocket system which included pitch system to solve gravity torque balance problem.
