The Study On The Protection And Inheritance Of Architecture In South Fujian In Urban Planning Of Quanzhou

The Taiwanese architectural is a unique historical symbol of Quanzhou,and also the carrier of multi cultural fusion.It’s profound historical and cultural value has important significance to the development of Quanzhou’s future planning.However,in the process of protecting Minnan building in Quanzhou,it often focus on the protection of Taiwanese architectural entities,but easy to overlook the protection of the surrounding environment、continuation of the old and new buildings、and the extension and innovation of architectural culture of Southern Fujian.More importantly,ignoring the protection and inheritance of Taiwanese construction should be carried out in the framework of the city planning.To this end,this paper puts forward the idea of the protection and inheritance of architecture in south Fujian in urban planning of Quanzhou.This paper is based on a large number collection and reading of literature of literature data,rich case analysis and a number of visits to the foundation for in-depth analysis.Apply the theory of public goods,theory of government function,theory of urban governance to the protection and inheritance of architecture in south Fujian in urban planning of Quanzhou.Point out that the protection and inheritance of architecture in south Fujian in urban planning of Quanzhou has suffered “single city function”,“city management decentralization”,“weak infrastructure”,“residents participation marginalization”,“alternative nanoying metro construction” and some other bottleneck.In order to solve these problems,this paper draws lessons from the western devoloped countries,the domestic part of the city,and the advanced experience in the protection and inheritance of historiacl building in the urban planning of the clock tower,overseas Chinese village,five stores in Quanzhou.Puts forward the authenticity,entirety,building reuse,element re creation as the general principle,starting with the management mode of multi subject participation in the theory of urban governance,defining the role of government,society and market in the protection and inheritance in the urban planning.And through the theory of public goods and the theory of government functions to cocrdinate the relationship between the three main bodies,play its role actively,to analyza and explore the strategy and method of the protection and inheritance of architecture in south Fujian in urban planning of Quanzhou.
