In retaining structure, reinforced retaining wall is widely used in slope treatment and embankment reinforcement because of its unique advantages, the reinforced earth retaining walls are usually subjected to prolonged traffic loads. In this thesis, the reinforced earth retaining wall was studied based on the reconstruction and extension project of the 330 National Highway from Liandu to Jinyun,A systematic study of reinforced earth retaining wall was carried through theoretical analysis, numerical simulation and field test, which include the vehicle stability of reinforced earth retaining wall modular design theory, the optimization of reinforced soil interface characteristics, vehicle load dynamic response. The main research contents and conclusions are as follows:1、Combined with the topographical and geological conditions of the support project, the modular reinforced earth retaining wall was used as the retaining structure of the subgrade and the retaining wall design was carried out2、Based on the distribution law of soil pressure and stability requirements of reinforced earth retaining wall, the optimization method of the length of geogrid was established, and an example was analyzed on the basis of Engineering data.3、Relying on the project as the research object, the numerical analysis model was established by FLAC3 D,and the development law of the deformation of the reinforced earth retaining wall under the static vehicle load, the earth pressure and the tensile stress of the reinforcement were analyzed. The results show that the distribution of soil pressure along the depth of the wall is nonlinear, and the distribution curve of the lateral earth pressure along the depth of the reinforced body is approximately linear.Compared with the lateral earth pressure behind the same wall, the lateral earth pressure of the reinforced body is greatly influenced by the position of the vehicle.4、Based on the numerical analysis model, the dynamic response of reinforced earth retaining wall was analyzed. The results show that both the peak value of the earth pressure at the wall and the peak value of the acceleration at the wall are obtained at the top of the wall, and the peak value decreases rapidly with the driving position away from the wall.5、The field test of reinforced earth retaining wall was carried out,and the stress and strain development law of retaining wall in the process of construction and the load of the vehicle was tested. The results show that the measured peak value of the lateral earth pressure of the reinforced body is slightly smaller than the Boussinesq value, but the location of the measured peak value is deeper than the theoretical value; When the vehicle load is applied to the reinforced body, the driving distance has little effect on the dynamic earth pressure. When the vehicle load is applied after the reinforced body, the driving distance of the vehicle has a great influence on the size and distribution pattern of the passive earth pressure;Whether under the static vehicle or the vehicle dynamic load, the lateral earth pressure behind the reinforced body is much larger than the lateral earth pressure behind the wall.
