With the development of domestic wind power installed capacity has increased year by year,the wind turbine condition monitoring and fault diagnosis technology is more urgent,especially the fatigue damage identification of key components of the wind turbine transmission chain is more important.The current vibration monitoring research is not limited by the structure and technological process of wind power generator and can effectively extract vibration signals.The vibration signal as an important carrier of the diagnosis information of the wind power system can objectively reflect the operation state of wind turbine transmission chain components: the main components of wind turbine transmission chain in the stable operation of its vibration characteristics and features the typical limit;when the parts inside fault form and its amplitude spectrum of vibration signal will be some changes,different defects and faults will correspond to different forms of vibration,so the vibration signal can be used to monitor and diagnose the wind turbine transmission chain.However,due to the wind power equipment bearing,drive shaft,gear failure generally starts with minor defects,the size of the defect in the early relatively is too small to cause a large enough vibration,so the traditional vibration detection method is not enough to detect the first time fine failure.Acoustic emission technology is well known for its ability to detect micro cracks and has the ability to capture transient burst signals.It is very sensitive to small defects such as cracks,tooth surface spalling and can be found earlier of the equipment failure.In order to make up for the shortage of vibration method in the on-line monitoring of the transmission chain of wind power generator,the acoustic emission monitoring technology is introduced into the transmission chain monitoring system.The vibration-acoustic emission combo technology is used to monitor the running status of the wind turbine transmission chain in real time.Design of On-line Condition Monitoring System for Wind Turbine Drive Chain with STM32 Microcontroller communicating with ACM-WT system and SCADA system in system,data storage and information analysis.And then use the wind farm data analysis and processing software for processing analysis,the collected transmission chain vibration-sound information into easy to observe the impact,waveform,spectrum and other information,through the system analysis and diagnosis to achieve the transmission chain fatigue damage identification.The feasibility of the on-line condition monitoring system for the design of wind turbine transmission chain is verified.The introduction of acoustic emission monitoring technology not only extends the bandwidth of the monitored signal,but also extends the frequency of vibration analysis from several thousand Hz to hundreds of kHz.The common identification of defects by the two methods can greatly improve the sensitivity and reliability of system diagnosis.The vibration and acoustic emission in monitoring technology can not only make a diagnosis of early fault,but also for the wind farm unattended and because space technology conditions and difficult to intervene site targeted to develop the maintenance plan to provide reliable technical assurance,the occurrence of major accidents prevention.
