In recent years,modern industry for power supply reliability,security and power quality requirements is increasing day by day,makes the power transmission is faced with more severe tests.Composite material has high strength,light quality,corrosion resistance,durability and good electrical insulation performance and other characteristics,suitable for manufacturing transmission tower,is becoming more and more attention by the power industry both at home and abroad.Composite material component in the process of using one of the main damage form is fatigue failure,due to the fatigue crack,after developing and accumulating can make the accelerated ageing of the materials,rapid loss in material strength and stiffness,greatly shorten its service life,and even cause immeasurable catastrophic losses.Therefore,research on fatigue properties of the composite material component is of great significance.This article some composite material components are tested in the form of full scale model,which is based on 750 kV substation tower project in the south of Xi'an and 330 kV transmission line project in the western suburbs of Xi'an.First of all,through the limit axial tensile experiment of two size of the section as?200×10 composite material component,get the ultimate bearing capacity of this kind of components,found that the failure mode for composite bushing and steel sleeve glue it was suddenly pulled off,and draw the artifacts as a whole according to test data of load-displacement curve and some key points of the load-strain curve.Secondly,under different fatigue load,five composite material components for fatigue test,under the design load condition is verified components meet the requirements of actual.In particular after fatigue loading cycles,respectively to a monotonous static stretching of artifacts,measuring fatigue cycles at various levels under the corresponding change rule of strain and displacement of measuring points.According to the fatigue failure of the component,found that the fatigue failure mode for composite bushing and steel sleeve casing cementing node suddenly broken off,and to analyze the influence of some experimental parameters on the fatigue life.Finally,the experience to load cycle times,2 million times did not occur after fatigue damage components,stop the fatigue loading,damage to the static tensile test,the measured residual bearing capacity,due to the ultimate bearing capacity analysis.In view of this component when the axial tension,fatigue damage position both in the composite bushing and steel sleeve casing cementing node,damage performance failed to make full use of composite materials high strength,to put forward a new component connection device,to strengthen glue connect node,of important reference value to practical engineering.
