The contact net is an important part of the electrified railway,which is an important task for the power supply of the electric locomotive.It is closely related to the safety of the operation.The phenomenon of abnormal temperature rise occurs in the contact network with charged operation,the use of infrared thermal imaging technology can detect the contact line.By analyzing the infrared image,the equipment defects and faults can be found accurately.The existing detection methods are artificial close range detection,not suitable for traffic intensive passenger dedicated line and railway viaduct section,and the data collected in the field can not achieve real-time remote data transmission and sharing,but also can not achieve the accurate positioning of the detection point.In view of the above situation,a catenary’s current carrying safety infrared detection device is developed based on GPS/GPRS.Device to LPC2368 as the core processor,combined with RS485 serial port,RJ-45 network export,GPS module and GPRS module for hardware foundation,through the algorithm realizes the image data acquisition and XMODEM protocol data coding,GPS and GPRS network SMS and MMS data transmission function.The device is matched with an infrared thermal image instrument to carry out vehicle inspection on the contact network.The detecting device receives Infrared image captured by infrared thermal imager,collects GPS geographic coordinate information of detecting points,through the GPRS network SMS or MMS to upload information to the background received on the mobile device or relevant personnel,provides personnel of production information analysis center to data analysis and archiving.Meanwhile,due to the influence of the external environment and the speed caused by infrared image gray fuzzy problem in vehicle detection,put forward to use a kind of image enhancement algorithm based on wavelet transform and fuzzy contrast,to improve the definition and the amount of information,enhance the quality of the image,in order to adapt to the human eye visual sensing and computer analysis ability.And using the RGB color space tosegment the original image,through image fusion,the position calibration of the highest temperature region of infrared image is completed.According to the above method,we can provide the basis for analyzing the potential risk points of contact network and making maintenance plan.
