The foundation pit dewatering is an important technical measure in the construction of deep foundation pit engineering,the full spread of the urban subway construction has brought the rapid development of the deep foundation pit engineering,in recent years,the technology has made great progress.Precipitation technology is an economical and effective technical means and the promotion of universal application in the subway construction,there have been many successful examples,such as the old Beijing subway line renovation project,Shanghai Waigaoqiao new line engineering,Xi'an subway line engineering.Because of regional engineering geological and hydrological conditions are not the same,so the foundation pit dewatering design,concrete construction technology is also different.How to get the correct precipitation parameters,to develop a reasonable precipitation program,in the subway construction is very important.In this paper,taking the Xi'an metro line four,which is newly built,as an example,the design scheme and construction technology of deep foundation dewatering project are optimized by taking the deep foundation pit dewatering project of Datang Lotus Park Station as an example.(1)The relevant research literature at home and abroad were analyzed,based on a lot of reading and reference counterparts on the research results,proposed the construction of deep foundation pit of the impact on the surrounding environment of architecture,land subsidence,a clear solution for precipitation in deep foundation pit in Xi'an metro construction project application may be in question.(2)For a variety of situations that may arise in foundation pit construction(piping,sand flow,pit inrush etc.)made a general analysis and description are given to reduce the impact on the surrounding environment of the foundation pit dewatering measures.(3)The theory and method of foundation pit dewatering,the comprehensive factors from the hydrogeological conditions,precipitation depth requirements,surrounding environment and economic conditions determine the design parameters of foundation pit dewatering,construction scheme selection and construction process of dewatering outside the pit.(4)The calculation method and design scheme of deep foundation pit precipitation are given,through the construction of settlement monitoring of amplitude to determine the rationality and safety of design,and to verify the construction scheme of precipitation effect through the extraction of groundwater,finally put forward a series of precipitation,construction quality,construction period,safety and civilization measures,provided strong support for how to correctly choose the dewatering scheme of deep foundation pit dewatering engineering.This study summarizes the deep foundation pit dewatering construction projects should be taken into account as well as the main points of engineering construction technology,so as to accumulate successful experience for similar projects.
