Contact electricity substation as manufacturers and users of the bridge,the role of supply reliability and stability of the key,integrated automation,intelligent and thus has become the development trend of unmanned substation.However,the current 330kV substation,the circuit breaker fault,the fault is the knife from impacting the development of unmanned substation to the highest frequency,affecting the most serious constraints.Firstly,in northern Shaanxi Power Grid 330kV substation for typical agencies and GW7 CQ7 pneumatic type,the use of data analysis for many years,especially the repeated demonstration site within a year,studies the main cause of failure of the circuit breaker,including low body temperature of the tank is important conduit exposed pipes like used poorly sealed,oil-water separator failure,material failure,gasket aging deformation,pressure switch setting drift.Then,the pipeline has taken an important addition to wave,precautionary measures;reduce CQ7 holds a pneumatically operated mechanism to suppress the number of frequent,developed the air pressure gauge and a double check valve,and replace the gasket with a take,replace pressure switches and other measures.The actual running of the past year show that,relative to the pre-fault analysis and elimination measures,the failure rate greatly reduced(reduced from 6.45%to 3.25%),and achieved significant economic benefits,laid for the realization of intelligent and unmanned security infrastructure of major equipment.The main reason for the failure was caused by knife study found that the contact surface is made of different materials,electricity composite resin used incorrectly,clamp bolts loose.To solve the problem,we developed a new method,including the replacement of the use of copper and aluminum transition clamp or sheets,copper and aluminum clamp using copper and aluminum transition piece,regulate the use of electricity composite resin,using a torque wrench to tighten the bolts and using accessories complete.Through testing,the results show that with respect to the failure analysis and troubleshooting measures before,the failure rate greatly breaker failure to achieve intelligent and unmanned It laid the security infrastructure of major equipment.
