Merging the clean energy and the energy storage battery into power grid is the inevitable trend of social development for resolving the problem of energy shortage and environmental pollution caused by the conventional power generation methods,and in that cast,it is significant to study the frequency synchronization for the stable operation of power grid.In this paper,firstly,we set up the dynamic model of the generator and the consumer based on the swing equation.For the clean energy and storage battery,it is assumed that each of them is connected to the grid using an inverter,which is equipped with a droop controller.Then,the dynamic model of clean energy and storage battery can be established.Besides,the storage battery has different dynamic model under different work state.Secondly,through the mathematical analysis,we find that when the initial phase satisfy ?(0)??(?)and??[?nn,?/2],the power grid has the synchronized solution.Then using the linear time-varying consensus protocols of multi-agent system,we get the condition for the stability of the synchronized solution:the stability of the synchronized solution mainly depends on the eigenvalues of-L(t).Except the zero eigenvalue,if other eigenvalues are strictly less than zero at any time,the synchronized solution is stable.In order to achieve the effective use of electricity,the energy storage battery use electricity troughs to charge and store the extra energy.While,during the peak time,the energy storage battery provides electricity to the load.In this paper,we introduce the multi-agent system into the power grid and obtain the net power of power grid through the linear consensus protocols.Then according to the net power and the work state of the storage battery.we decide whether to transform the work state of the battery.Finally,by adjusting the output power of the traditional motor,we achieve the power balance in power grid.
