According to new launched document of “Made in China 2025” by state council,the government will strive for promoting development of oceanic construction device.But as important devices of oceanic prospecting and deep ocean research,submersible plays important role.As an important combination of submersible,pressure hull is the most core component which guarantee inner device won't be destroyed and stuffs safety when submersible dive,its weight accounts for 1/4 to 1/2 of the total weight of submersible.In active duty of deep ocean submersible,spherical pressure hull is mainstream structure,though classical “dragon” was researched and developed by our own,its pressure hull as a core component is imported from Russia,pressure hull of “dragon” is spherical structure as well,hence research its mechanical characteristic has great significance.The paper based on applied jiangsu graduate students' innovatoin planning program of “Research and development of deep sea spherical pressure hull equipment in 2016”,it displayed researches to principle,numerical value and test of mechanical characteristic about spherical pressure hull,include two aspects of intensity and stability.Detailed research contents are as following:(1)researched calculation method of deep oceanic spherical pressure hull.Established thin spherical pressure hull and thick mechanical model,buoyancy ratio solution equation and shell element,volume element value model.Analyzed intensity,stability and reserve buoyancy characteristics of spherical pressure hull shell of 1 to 6 km,and research effects of grid allocation form,unit type and density to value calculation result.The research indicated it is more reasonable to apply thick theory,volume unit value analysis to design and assessment of oceanic spherical pressure hull shell.(2)the system researched primary geometry deficiency,it include elastic buckling model deficiency,partial deficiency,change regular of extreme bearing capacity of manned submersible in different depth.Through definite unit analysis to different depth of submersible,it got declining regular of extreme bearing capacity of pressure hull sheel at different depth affected by primary deficiency,it can determine the worst buckling modality deficiency of large depth manned submersible is similar with equal partial deficiency of same deficiency amplitude.(3)the research found that one stage modality deficiency of spherical pressure hull shell is not the worst one,one stage modality deficiency has great difference with extreme bearing load of the worst deficiency,the difference of one stage modality deficiency and buckling load of the worst deficiency is decreased gradually.At this moment,one stage modality deficiency can equivalent to the worst deficiency of spherical pressure hull shell equally.(4)based on personal participation in research development of hydraulic simulation equipment and the newest 2013 china classification society code,proposed two spherical pressure hull shell test methods based on hydrostatic test,through these two methods can get value simulation plan's test value inn practical test condition,on the basis of definite unit and theory to make experiment test,further prove accuracy of conclusion,to provide test support of following research.
