| Jack-up offshore platform is significant operation platform to develop the offshore petroleum resources at home and abroad.The structure of Spudcan is an important part of the Jack-up offshore platform,the truss leg provides the support for Jack-up offshore platform by inserting the Spudcan into the seabed.The Spudcan is bottom part of the truss leg and touches seabed directly.Spudcan is base and support of the entire platform.The requirement of Spudcan structural is different in the different operation water depth and operation condition,so it is of great engineering significance to study the structural forms of Spudcan.The main research subject is JU2000 E Jack-up offshore platform in this paper.According to ABS rules,this paper predicts the loadings of offshore platform under typical operating condition,carrying on the strength analysis of the finite element for different kinds of Spudcan,studying the structural of circle Spudcan which is the subject of optimal structural design,conducting a study on the impact of pile pulling on the Jack-up offshore platform according to different structural of Spudcans.Specific research of contents are as follows:1.This paper investigates the relevant study and documents of Spudcan on the jack-up offshore platform at home and aboard and establishes the studying contents and scheme.This paper analyses the finite element analysis and several common optimization theories in details.By combining research features covered in this paper,the main optimization theories in this paper choose the theory of Response Surface Methodology.2.According to ABS rules,the finite element analysis model of Spudcan of Jack-up offshore platform is established based on JU2000 E Jack-up offshore platform.This paper carries out the loading predication and the finite element analysis of Spudcan strength under the conditions of the preloading and stormy environment,analyzing the structural strength of Circle Spudcan,Hexagon Spudcan and Dodecagon Spudcan according to the calculation result of finite element analysis.This paper chooses the structural of Circle Spudcan as the subject of optimum structural design.3.This paper is based on Response Surface Methodology,adopting APDL language in ANSYS software to lightweight the structural of Spudcan on Jack-up offshore platform by program optimization.It gains a good result on structural optimization of the Circle Spudcan.4.By establishing the model of Spudcan and Soil,this paper studies the force of pile pulling of three kinds of Spudcan,completing the calculations on pulling force of three kinds of Spudcan by LS-DYNA,getting the features of different kinds of Spudcan in the process of pile pulling,comparing the calculation result to the experiential formula and analyzing this contrastive results. |
