Coach as an important public transportation,its security is quite crucial.Coach safety is a comprehensive result of driver,vehicle,road and environment,among which driver's behavior and vehicle's state must be monitored,due to their strong controllability.However,the current evaluation method of coach safety is only developed for vehicle,lacking supervision of drivers.To objectively evaluate the level of coach safety and ensure public security,it is important to monitor and visualize the driving data,and recognize the risky driving behaviors.Firstly,according to existing conditions of vehicle position and multi-information fusion monitoring technology,this paper analyzes the weakness of current coach safety evaluation system,and then puts forward the construction of a coach safety monitoring system based on driving data.With the daily monitoring of coach,the system can provide public service of coach safety information to passengers,drivers,companies and administration departments.Secondly,the driving data are classified from the perspective of driver,vehicle and road environment,and thus the data acquisition method determined.This paper analyzes the characteristics of driving statistics,and studies on calculation method of driving economy and stability.The risky driving behaviors,for instance,fatigue driving,heavy acceleration and deceleration,abnormal parking are all identified.Then,according to actual demand,the overall scheme of coach monitoring system is proposed.With the scheme of "off-line cache + WI-FI ",the cost of large flow is reduced.The hardware and software design of the vehicle terminal are completed and the server-side background application developed.The vehicle terminal can achieve functions of a wide voltage adaptation,sleep wake management,data acquisition and caching,stop detection,and firmware updates.Regarding the server,its database,background data processing,front-end data visualization and other functions are realized.Finally,a test of the monitoring system is carried out.The result shows that the vehicle terminal can well perform its functions of data acquisition and maintaining communication with server.And the driving data can be successfully read from server and visualized through browser fluently,which verifies the feasibility of the monitoring system.The identification of risky driving behaviors,based on driving data,provides a reference for the study of coach safety monitoring.
