Ultrasonic testing,as a high-precision and high-sensitivity non-destructive testing methods,is increasingly used in marine exploration,medical diagnosis,underwater mapping and other fields.Ultrasonic transducer,as a key component in the ultrasonic testing equipment,its sound and electricity characteristics directly affect the accuracy and reliability of detection,what's more,the dynamic frequency response and dynamic impedance characteristics are of the most important in these sound and electricity parameters.To select the appropriate frequency band to make the ultrasonic transducer work best,the dynamic frequency response is very important,while the latter directs the design of the ultrasonic transducer drive and load matching circuit,so how to measure the dynamic frequency response and the dynamic impedance characteristics of ultrasonic transducer has important significance in practical applications.In this paper,we use the performance test for ultrasonic transducer in the practical applications as research background,based on the relationship between the dynamic frequency response and the dynamic impedance characteristics of the ultrasonic transducer,we proposed a joint measurement method of electro-acoustic parameters for ultrasonic transducer which is suitable for the actual detection scene.And then we built a electro-acoustic parameters wireless measurement system for ultrasonic transducer.This system can be proved feasible through the experiment.The main research work and innovations of this paper are as follows:1.Under the ultrasonic transducer acoustic-electrical,electrical-acoustic conversion working state,the frequency response of ultrasonic transducer is measured,and the relationship between its dynamic frequency response and impedance characteristic is deduced according to its dynamic equivalent circuit,a method of measuring the impedance of the ultrasonic transducer by frequency response is proposed.2.The dynamic circuit of the single ultrasonic transducer is equivalent to the third order circuit,and the dynamic frequency response of the wide frequency range is measured,based on the initial estimation of the least squares criterion and the precision estimation of the steepest descent method,the parameters of the dynamic equivalent circuit components,that is,the impedance value,is obtained.3.In order to measure the acoustic and electrical parameters of the ultrasonic transducer in the actual detection scene,based on the above method,a joint measurement system has been designed.The test of the system was completed and the actual ultrasonic transducer was measured.And the measurements achieved good results,verified the feasibility of the proposed method in this paper.
