Construction cost estimation is the foundation of the implementation of the project management,is an important basis for investment decision-making,but also the working standards of architectural design comparison and quota design.With the increasingly fierce competition in the construction industry,project owner's demand for cost control is also getting higher and higher.So,estimating the project cost quick,simple and accurate is of great significance for the smooth development of the project and insurance of investment benefit.At present,there are many methods for estimating the cost of construction projects,which can be used to predict the cost of construction projects under certain conditions.But there are some improvements in the analysis of the index,the selection of the case project and the generalization ability of the calculation model.In addition,due to the long production cycle,large scale and high investment of construction project,the cost estimation involves many factors.With the development of information technology,the local cost association or the cost administrative department can collect and accumulate the huge amount of information,however,the application of the data is still in the release of price,indicators and the typical projects,lacking in depth data mining.Accounting for these problems,this paper is based on the relevant literature and the developing trend of times to study how to maximize the use of project cost sharing information resources to build a more suitable calculation model to achieve the rapid and accurate cost estimation of construction projects.First of all,the paper defines the connotation of the construction cost estimation,and defines the analysis object.In this paper,the factors such as the GDP,RPI,labor price index and the seismic precautionary intensity are introduced as the influencing factors of the cost estimation to improve the generality and accuracy of calculation model.Secondly,after the analysis of various cost estimation methods and the differences of the research,the study uses the improved Levenberg-Marquardt neural network(LM)algorithm,which is a fast convergence of BP neural network,to construct a new model for estimating the cost of construction projects.Thirdly,use computer software MATLAB to simulate and calculate.Then,in order to further improve the accuracy of the model,the MIV method is used to filter the input parameters of BP neural network and the construction cost estimation model is reconstructed based on the results of the filtering,and upon inspection,the model has certain practicability.Finally,the paper puts forward the optimization method of the construction cost estimation in the new period,and provides reasonable suggestions for the cost estimation and the opportunity of the times.
