Based on the experiment platform of “double channel industrial circulating cooling water dynamic simulation experiment platform” and “ion stick electrostatic field scale inhibition processor”,taking the circulating cooling water of thermal power plant as the research object,study the machine impact on circulating cooling water of power plant scale effect and the electrostatic voltage of different physical field scale.Under the given conditions of circulating cooling water flow rate 1000 L / h,the scale inhibition dynamic simulation experiments were carried out under the voltage of 3500 V,4000V,4500 V and5000V,it is concluded that the highest inhibition efficiency of ion rod electrostatic field on circulating cooling water is 48.94% under 4000 V,other scale under the scale inhibition efficiency were 27.04% 44.22%.The paper puts out different points,by analysis of the changes of hydrogen bonds and electric dipole moments in the electrostatic field.For the water molecules of this very polar material,the experimental results show that the electrostatic field energy is very low,and the change of the hydrogen bond and the electric dipole moment of the molecular clusters of water molecules is extremely small.Therefore,when analyzing the effect of electrostatic field on the aqueous solution,the crystallization process of CaCO3 crystal and the crystal morphology should be analyzed from the electrostatic field.Based on the analysis of X ray diffraction and scanning electron microscope,the crystal structures of CaCO3 scale and scale were measured,and the crystal phase,grain size,crystal plane spacing and crystallinity were obtained.The results show that the main phases of CaCO3 scale are aragonite and calcite,and the content of aragonite is much larger than calcite.The static field,in addition to a group of the lowest inhibition rate,the crystallization of experimental group than the control group of adherent scale adherent scale shows lower crystallinity,CaCO3 scale crystal crystallinity has certain effect on improving the anti scaling effect.In addition,the crystallinity of fouling and removal scale was found to be basically larger than that of scale removal.The water quality indexes such as Ca2+,HCO3-,Cl-,H,SO42-,Na+,pH,conductivity,viscosity and absorbance of the circulating cooling water were measured and analyzed.The results show that with the experimental operation of circulating cooling water Ca2+and total hardness decreased,Cl-,Na+and electric conductivity were increased,SO42-showed no obvious regularity;the viscosity of the experimental group than the control group after treatment of viscosity,ion stick electrostatic field scale processor,circulating cooling water viscosity increase.Based on the determination and analysis of water solution was found by the scale processor,the overall absorbance of experimental group increases,which shows that the scale of processor,free water solution of Ca2+and CO32-increased.Determination of the heat exchanger through the inlet and outlet of the absorbance,found that theabsorbance of aqueous solution decreased,indicating that due to heat exchange,heat exchanger,water in the free Ca2+and CO32-crystallization of CaCO3 crystals,decreased Ca2+and CO32-concentrations resulted in decreased water solution absorbance. |
