Because the air source heat pump can make full use of natural resources,be easily installated and require low initial investment,it has been widely used in china.When the air source heat pump units are out in group,the unit outlet air prone to return to the inlet,thus affecting the unit heat transfer efficiency.In this paper,the influence of different arrangement,dominant wind direction and unit spacing on the reflux of the unit is studied by means of numerical simulation.In this paper,a single air source heat pump unit is taken as an example to explain the numerical simulation process in detail.The process includes the establishment of physical models,grid division and solver settings.The results show that the reflux of single air source heat pump unit conforms to the actual law.The influence of arrangement mode,dominant wind direction,unit number and unit spacing on the reflux flow of single row layout unit is analyzed by numerical simulation method.The results show that units arranged in single row should try to take the combination form of unit air inlet relative arrangement and the main wind parallel to the air inlet.When the unit spacing reaches 1.7m ~ 2.1m,the influence of unit spacing on the reflux of the single row units is negligible.When the number of units is more than 5,the impact of the number of units on the reflux of the units arranged in single row is negligibleThe influence of the arrangement mode,the dominant wind direction and the unit spacing on the reflux flow of the multi-row arrangement units is analyzed by numerical simulation method.The results show that units arranged in multiple rows arrangement should try to take combination form of the unit long shaft inlet relative arrangement and the main wind direction perpendicular to the unit long axis.When the unit spacing reaches 2.5m ~ 2.9m,the influence of unit spacing on the reflux of the units arranged in multiple rows is negligible.I analyze the irrationality of a group of air source heat pump in Shandong Province is,and the conclusion that the group is with serious reflux is drawn by numerical simulation method.I propose several improvement schemes which include changing the unit layout,adding an air hood for the unit,and changing the billboard to the louvers.Adding an air hood for the unit meets better effect,while the other two are ineffective.At last,the final improvement scheme is determined and I evaluate the effect by numerical simulation.
