In recent years,with the development of China's economy and the accelerated pace of urbanization,the existing residential area model brings more and more prominent urban problems.The Chinese government requires the gradual opening of the closed residential quarters and units of the compound from the perspective of solving practical problems in the city.Community opening has become a hot issue in Chinese society.The opening of the community has a certain influence on the urban regional traffic,and different community opening programs have different influence on urban regional traffic.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the traffic performance of residential network and the scheme of community-opening.The paper first studies the characteristics of the open road network.This paper analyzes the structural characteristics of the open road network from three aspects: road gradation,road spacing and intersection structure characteristics.The traffic demand characteristics of the open road network are analyzed from the aspects of traffic attraction and traffic distribution of the open road network.The paper analyzes the causes of the traffic paradox of the open road network,and puts forward the system travel cost as the basis for judging the traffic paradox.Secondly,using the theory of traffic microcirculation,the evaluation system of connectivity reliability index for traffic microcirculation system is established.By analyzing the relationship between the ideal travel cost and the actual travel cost of the open road network system,the system travel cost ratio index is established,and the calculation method of the system travel cost is summarized.Through the open road network system under different road spacing conditions The paper analyzes the reasonable road spacing of the open road network of the community.By analyzing the connectivity degree of the open road network and the variance of the node degree of the intersection,the connectivity of the road network is studied.On the basis of the above research,the evaluation system of connectivity reliability index suitable for residential open road network is constructed.Thirdly,based on the analysis of the reliability evaluation index of the open road network connectivity,the efficiency coefficient method is used to evaluate the reliability of the connectivity reliability.Combined with the traffic flow allocation method,the double layer model of the open plan optimization is constructed.The objective of the model upper-level function is the optimal reliability of the connectivity of the residential open road network.The constraints are segment saturation,system travel cost and efficiency coefficient.The lower level of the model is based on the user equilibrium allocation method.Finally,based on the case of Harbin Songjiang New Town residential area in Harbin,the optimization model of open area program is applied.By comparing and analyzing the connectivity reliability of each district open solution,the optimal scheme of community opening is finally obtained.
