| Gas bearings have the following advantages:no friction losses,small vibration,high temperature,resistanceatbothhighandlowtemperature,no pollution.So it is widely used in the field of high speed spindle,precision engineering,precision instruments,electronic space technology etc..The spiral groove thrust bearing has been widely used in high speed and low temperature bearing because of its high bearing capacity and good stability.But the current domestic research on high-speed gas bearing ignore the inertia forcein order to facilitate the calculation,working speed of the bearing is not high,the error caused by ignore inertia force is not great.,when the speed reaches a certain degree it will bring great error,it is very inconvenientto research and production.In order to solve the above problems,In this paper,the Reynolds equation consider the inertia force is derived and the Reynolds equation is discrete and use the Matlab programming to solve thepressureunder the condition of bearing and thrust plate is parallel and not parallel.And analyzethe effect of operation parameters and bearing structure parameters on the bearing performance.In the case of instability of the rotor at high speed,the dynamic characteristics and stability of the bearing are studied.Using the perturbation method to solve the Reynolds equation considering the inertia force under the condition of axial and angle disturbance,then the dynamic stiffness and dynamic damping are solved by programming.Analysis the influence of bearing structure parameters and operating parameters on the dynamic characteristics and stability.In this paper,the static experiment of the spiral groove thrust bearing is carried out.The bearing structure size and the corresponding test bench are designed,and the static characteristics of the spiral groove thrust bearing are studied.The influence of the bearing parameters on the static characteristics of the bearing is obtained through the analysis of the data. |
