Permanent magnet synchronous motor vibration and noise is an important parameter to determine its performance advantages and disadvantages,but in the actual production,due to manufacturing process constraints,the motor will exist rotor eccentric,stator punching asymmetry,the main pole magnetic field asymmetry after magnet magnetization and other unavoidable problems.These non-ideal factors will affect the electromagnetic vibration of the motor.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the electromagnetic vibration problem of non-ideal permanent magnet synchronous motor.This paper has studied the following aspects:First,the theoretical basis of the vibration characteristics of permanent magnet synchronous motor is studied.Analyze the distribution of air gap magnetic field of permanent magnet synchronous motor,and the radial electromagnetic force of unload and load is analyzed by Maxwell ’s stress equation.The spatial modulus and the number of times are summarized.The element stiffness matrix and the unit mass matrix are deduced.Which lays a foundation for studying the electromagnetic vibration problem of non-ideal permanent magnet synchronous motor.Then,the radial electromagnetic force of non-ideal permanent magnet synchronous motor is discussed.The radial electromagnetic force of the motor is calculated by the simulation of the rotor eccentricity,the stator tooth width is different,the thickness of the yoke and the magnet is not uniform.To explore whether the above non-ideal factors will affect the force wave modulus and the number of times and summarize the law.After that,the vibration modal of non-ideal permanent magnet synchronous motor is calculated by means of analysis.Firstly,analyze the modal shape and the natural frequency of the ideal permanent magnet synchronous motor by finite element method and take it as reference.On this basis,study the structural modal of the permanent magnet synchronous motor when the rotor eccentricity,the stator tooth width is different and the yoke thickness is different,get the modal mode and natural frequency.Finally,the paper studies the electromagnetic vibration of non-ideal permanent magnet synchronous motor.Based on the above two aspects,analyze the electromagnetic response of the non-ideal permanent magnet synchronousmotor by electromagnetic structural coupling field,and investigate the frequency distribution and amplitude of each harmonic of vibration displacement.
