Research On Innovative Design Of Car Cushion Cleaning Machine Based On Group Culture

The car is the best choice for family travel tools,and getting more and more attention from the society.The car’s internal environmental health also fall into the vision of the public view,in which the car seat close contact with the human body,if the cleaning is not clean out,in addition to affect the the appearance,but also cause unnecessary cross-infection between different users,and thus influence the physical and mental health of passengers.In this paper,the innovative design of car cushion cleaning machine is mainly carried out from the perspective of group culture.It is mainly divided into three steps to design and research.First of all,this paper uses the group culture to study the market of car cushion washing machine,investigates and analyzes the workers who clean the car cushion,sums up the typical user demand model,thus constructs a user demand model and calculates the user demand weight.Secondly,through the systematic analysis of the existing car cushion cleaning market,the technical feature weight is calculated,and according to the investigate to calculate and draw the corresponding functional structure diagram,and the function and shape morphology matrix of the car cushioning machine are drawn respectively.He following design and encoding are carried out by functional morphology matrix.The relationship between the evaluation index and the functional solutions of each function element is constructed by BP neural network as the optimized objective function of the following genetic algorithm,the contribution rate and the correlation coefficient of the function solution to the evaluation index is calculated.By using GA to optimize the product scheme,the design scheme of car cushion cleaning machine with high customer satisfaction is obtained.By applying the theory and principle of product design to the innovative design of the car cushion cleaner,the design efficiency is improved,and the process of design and the specific application method of theoretical knowledge are also expounded to readers;In terms of product innovation,the product quality of the car cushion cleaning machine is improved,the deficiency of the existing relative products is compensated,and the washing efficiency of the cushion cleaning machine is improved.
