At present,China's large public buildings accounted for less than 4% of the urban construction area,but the electricity consumption accounted for more than 22% of the total power consumption of urban buildings,more than 10 times for ordinary residential buildings,large-scale public building energy conservation is the focus research areas of China's building energy conservation.Energy consumption prediction is very important in energy management.This paper is a sub-system under the ‘Development and Research of Energy Consumption Analysis and Energy Efficiency Evaluation System' of Shaanxi Provincial Department of Housing and Urban and Rural Development,it mainly analyzes the energy consumption of large public buildings based on building envelope parameters,local weather datas,human behavior factors and historical energy consumption data of large public buildings,established the energy consumption prediction model for the office buildings,and achieved The Energy Consumption Prediction and Data Analysis System by computer software technology.According to the background of this subject,this paper firstly studies the energy consumption characteristics of large public buildings in cold areas.Because of the energy consumption of office building air conditioning system is in a large fluctuation,the orthogonal experiment is used to analyze the influencing factors of air conditioning system in office buildings,to determine the office building air conditioning system energy consumption mainly factors.Then,Established Energy Consumption Forecast Model for Office Building,based on the historical energy consumption data and the influencing factors of the energy consumption of the office building air conditioning system,the RBF neural network method is used to forecast the energy consumption of the office building air conditioning system,then the energy consumption forecast data are obtained.Using the forecast data and some historical energy consumption data to establish the baseline data,Compare the baseline data with the real-time data,find the energy consumption anomaly data and the data source then generate the forecast analysis report.Finally,the paper analyzes the design requirements of the office building energy consumption forecasting and analysis system,and determines the overall design idea.The whole system is divided into data module,function module and user module.Analyzed the function and architecture of each module and subsystem,Then completed the energy consumption forecasting and analysis system database and interface design.
