| With the increase of fuel consumption and serious pollution,searching for ways to improve the energy efficiency is the trend.A large proportion of heat in the engine is taken away by the engine exhaust gas and the cooling medium.In order to use of this part of the heat,the engine uses turbocharged and thermoelectric power generation technology.But these technologies have their own limitations,such as low energy efficiency,high cost of raw materials.In this paper,the use of waste heat in the waste gas on the Rankine cycle coupling to the engine in the work cycle.Build an ideal cycle of six-stroke engines that are different from traditional four-stroke engines.On the basis of the four strokes of the traditional internal combustion engine,and the increased ideal cyclic process is exhaust isentropic compression process,exhaust isochoric volume reduction process,liquid water special instantaneous vaporization process,exhaust gas and steam mixed gas isentropic expansion.Water sprays into the cylinder and absorbs heat and then instantaneous vapors,the volume expansion to promote the engine second work.According to build six stroke engine cycle to establish mathematical model for calculating gas state parameter and increase indicated work and thermal efficiency.Before making a calculation,This article uses GT-POWER software to simulate the operation of the engine to get the exhaust pressure in the cylinder at the end of the fourth stroke.Which is the primitive data for mathematical model calculation This paper change the water parameters in the calculation to compare and analysis of the engine cylinder gas state parameters and increase the indicator work and thermal efficiency changes.This paper change the water spray parameters are water quality,water temperature,water spray start time.The results show that the six-stroke engine based on the Rankine cycle can improve the energy utilization rate and also in the different water spray parameters reflect a good change in the law.With the same water quality,the higher the water spray temperature,the earlier the water spray time,the more the increase indicated work,the higher the thermal efficiency;With the same water spray temperature,the greater the quality of water spray,the earlier the water moment,the more the increase indicated work,the higher the thermal efficiency.In different initial conditions,the thermal efficiency increases as the pressure increases. |
