| The bridge structural health monitoring is the hot point and difficult point in the field of bridge engineering.Algorithm checking,algorithm suitability analysis and data processing are three important parts of health monitoring.How to establish a unified platform for engineers to verify algorithms,and how to solve the problem of data processing in the actual health monitoring system is an important aspect to promote the development of health monitoring.Based on practical engineering,this paper studies three aspects of Benchmark model design and test,health monitoring,data processing software development and arch bridge short boom damage identification.Specific work and achievements are as follows:1.The existing health monitoring Benchmark models were fully investigated and the advantages and disadvantages of the existing Benchmark models were summarized.Based on the actual project,the Benchmark model of arch bridge is designed based on the principle of dynamic similarity.The model section can be disassembled and replaced,which can simulate the damage of the main arch,suspender and deck system.Fully simulate the actual health monitoring collection and transmission system,the acceleration data acquisition model,using FDD and SSI two kinds of modal identification methods,the measurements of vibration model,splicing way bridge complete modal identification,the results show that the Benchmark model can be used as a platform to test the algorithm design of the public.2.To solve the problem of short cable of arch bridge,the damage identification method based on wavelet packet energy spectrum was introduced into this problem.This paper analysed the extent of damage and noise interference,which provides theoretical guidance for the monitoring of short cable of arch bridge.3.Based on Matlab and SQL Server,a health monitoring data analysis software was developed.The software solves the data transmission problem based on TCP/IP protocol,and solves the practical engineering data acquisition and analysis problem for the first time in China.Online analysis function was validated on Benchmark model.A function of data analysis for the off-line data of SHM system was developed by using the file research function of Matlab.The off-line data analysis function of this software was validated by analysing the off-line data of Nanjin bridge. |
