The energy crisis and the increasingly serious environmental pollution are the common challenges facing the people of the world in twenty-first Century.To this end,both developed and developing countries have introduced stringent emission regulations.In recent years,due to the diesel engine in energy saving and emission reduction and other aspects of the existence of great potential and gradually recognized by the market.High pressure common rail fuel injection system is the third generation of diesel engine in the course of development.It can achieve high fuel injection pressure and the injection pressure can be controlled independently.The common rail system can realize accurate injection in a working cycle,so as to optimize the combustion condition in the cylinder,improve the fuel economy of the diesel engine,and reduce the exhaust emission.The fuel injector for common rail fuel injection system's key component,its dynamic performance is an important indicator to determine the operating characteristics of the diesel engines,it will directly affect the fuel injection quantity and injection time,control flexibility,and the engine power and emission.Therefore,it is important to study the response characteristics of high pressure common rail injector for high pressure common rail fuel injection system.High pressure oil pump provides a continuous high pressure oil source for the whole system.Due to the limitation of the structure,the high pressure oil source is not continuous,but there is a regular fluctuation.The main function of the common rail tube is to store the high pressure fuel and weaken the pressure fluctuation of the high pressure oil pump and the fuel injector.Although the pressure fluctuations can not be eliminated,but its existence will not only make the whole system control link more difficult,but also damage the service life of the system components.Therefore,it is necessary to minimize the pressure fluctuation in the whole system.For this reason,it is another important research point of this paper to study the influence of the main.In this paper,the second generation high pressure common rail fuel injection system is selected as the research object,and the structure and working principle of the whole system are analyzed.On the premise of the research object,the mathematical model and AMEsim simulation model of common rail injector,high speed solenoid valve,high pressure oil pump and common rail tube are established.The structure parameters of injector control chamber,the needle valve structure parameters and the control valve structure parameters are studied.The simulation results show that the piston diameter of the control chamber,the diameter of the inlet and outlet,the spring preload and the spring stiffness of the needle valve,the driving force and the maximum lift of the control valve have great influence on the response characteristics of the injector.The research on the fluctuation characteristics of oil supply is mainly based on the key structural parameters of high pressure oil pump and common rail.The results show that the parameters such as the volume of the common rail,the ratio of length to diameter,the diameter and volume of the high pressure oil pump,the engine speed and so on have great influence on the fluctuation of the oil pressure.
