In recent years,with the rapid development of the national economy and society,the number of car ownership has risen sharply,the issues of road traffic safety are increasingly concerned by the community.The statistical data show that the poor driving behavior is the main cause of the traffic accident.It is instructive to analyze the behavior of the vehicle during the driving process to regulate the driving behavior,reduce the traffic accident and improve the traffic safety.The rapid development of internet technology and the rich features of intelligent mobile terminal equipment bring convenience to people's lives,intelligent equipment has become an indispensable part of people's lives.The accelerometer and gyroscope in the IOS intelligent device can sense the movement and status of equipment,through these sensors can achieve capabilities of low-cost data acquisition.In this paper,the IOS device sensor is used to collect and identify the driving behavior of the vehicle.It mainly includes: lane changing,acceleration,deceleration and braking.On this basis,a recognition algorithm based on support vector machine is proposed.The specific works are as follows:1.Using the accelerometer and gyroscope embedded in the mobile terminal such as smartphone/pad,the acceleration and angular velocity data in the process of vehicle driving are collected.Aiming at the problem of zero drift and high frequency noise caused by vehicle bumps during vehicle driving,data are subjected to zero and low pass filtering.2.According to the acceleration and angular velocity data collected in the course of lane-changing,accelerating,decelerating and braking,the characteristic vector which can characterize its behavior is establish and a vehicle behavior classifier based on support vector machine is proposed.The characteristic vector is composed of the maximum value,the minimum value,the difference between the maximum and minimum values,the mean and the variance of the data.In order to solve the recognition of continuous lane changing and so on,an N-? sliding window interception algorithm is proposed,which realizes the rapid division of data which are including multiple behaviors.3.Building test platform and the vehicle driving behavior recognition method which proposed in this paper,is carried out on the urban road.The test results show that the method can effectively identify the vehicle driving behavior.
