Heavy-duty transport vehicles have higher center-of-mass mass,relatively large mass volumes and relatively small track speeds.These characteristics of vehicles of this type lead to the risk of rollover during vehicle travel,especially during vehicle turning.In view of this problem,many scholars at home and abroad have carried on the corresponding research and the exploration,have obtained the certain result.This paper summarizes the research experience of scholars at home and abroad.On the basis of many research results,this paper studies the rewinding principle of a heavy vehicle as a research object,and puts forward the fuzzy-The algorithm controls the differential braking mode to prevent the rollover of the vehicle.The specific research contents are as follows:In order to verify the accuracy of the model,the MATLAB / Simulink software is used as the model building platform to establish the vehicle dynamics model.In order to verify the accuracy of the model,the model is selected as the angle input condition and the sinusoidal input condition.Verification,verification results show that the dynamic parameters of the vehicle model can be a good follow the input,to prove that the model is available.During the study,the causes of rollover of this type of vehicle were analyzed and studied.The results show that the reason of the vehicle rollover is due to the self-construction characteristics of the vehicle(high center of gravity,large mass,large volume and relatively small track distance).On the other hand,the lateral acceleration from the turning process,The actual yaw rate and the ideal yaw angular velocity deviation is too large.Two reasons will lead to the vehicle's lateral load transfer rate LTR is too large,resulting in rollover phenomenon.This paper proposes a method to improve the rollover problem of the vehicle in the way of differential braking,and make a comparative study on the lateral load transfer rate of the vehicle and the yaw rate of the vehicle as the control variables.Compared with the popular control algorithm,the advantages and disadvantages ofvarious control algorithms are analyzed.Fuzzy-PID control with fuzzy control and PID control is chosen as the control algorithm of differential braking,and the simulation model is established.In order to verify the anti-rollover control system based on the differential braking system proposed in this paper,the simulation results show that the method can effectively carry out the control of the vehicle with the angle input and the sinusoidal input control system.Active control to achieve the purpose of anti-rollover.
