The cable-stayed bridge has the advantages of beautiful appearance,strong spanning ability,safe and reliable structure.As the rapid development of the construction technology of cable-stayed bridge,because there are many uncertain factors in the construction stage,so that the construction safety risk exists at all times.Therefore,it is important to analyze and evaluate the risk of the construction process for the safety of the bridge construction process.Based on summarizing the risk of bridge construction process,and assessing the risk of a cable-stayed bridge construction process by using probability finite element method.The main task of this paper is shown in below:1.A cable-stayed bridge will act as the research object,creating the tower and the girder of cable-stayed bridge construction stage parameterization model by using the application of the finite element software ANSYS APDL language.Based on the probabilistic finite element Monte Carlo method,the reliability of the bridge is analyzed by using the ANSYS probability design module(PDS).2.After considering the uncertainty of input parameters,such as load parameters,material parameters and geometric parameters,the results of structural reliability calculation in each construction stage can be obtained,and the sensitivity of each parameter can be analyzed.The analysis result shows that the change of wind speed has the most significant effect on the failure probability of the structure in the construction process of bridge tower,and the change of concrete density has the most significant effect on the failure probability of the structure in the construction process of girder.3.Based on the above analysis results,the evaluation and decision will be made for the construction stage which is likely to be more risky.After determining the failure probability of the theory,combining with the factors which will cause greater risk in the construction process,then it can be replied and improved.And the reasonable range of parameters will be determined for ensuring the bridge risk which can be controlled in the theoretical scope,and it can provide the basis assessment and guidance for the follow-up risk.
