FSEC(Formula Student Electric China)is a competition based on the team derived from a number of universities and colleges as the body,and has been developing since 2010 at home.FSEC mainly tests the students' comprehensive capacities of design,conception,marketing,cost control,and practice.The present research concentrates on studying the design of the electronic control system of electric racing automobile.Apply the design plan to the car production.After the adjustment,the car can enter the competition smoothly.The cores of the electronic control system are the designs of the motor drive system,the battery system,the insulation monitoring system and so on.The chief purpose of this design is to design a set of racing electronic control system meeting certain standards and requirements,as well having very high reliability,then to apply the system in the newly designed racing automobile.The direct significance is to participate in the race,to make some achievements,and to verify the design results.The indirect significance lies in encouraging the team to understand the status and development trend of new energy vehicles,to learn more about the key technologies of new energy vehicles,and then putting the knowledge they have learned in practical application of their daily work in the future.The research idea of the design is to design the subsystems and the total system consisting of subsystems,then to analyze the feasibility in theory,finally to verify its reliability in practice.The major method is the subsystem integration that is either to integrate the system used to achieve some targets into a panel or a circuit,or to design the electronic system with certain functions in the same box,such as high voltage system designed in high voltage box,low voltage system designed in the low voltage box in order to achieve the purpose of the isolation of high and low voltage.Some circuit board of the design is hand-conducted by photosensitive method.After completing the circuit board design of the braking reliability device,the PCB is generated by manufacturers,then carrying on welding and installation and debugging performed by the writer and his team.The research results are composed of the circuit diagram related to the race electronic control system,the realization of the circuit diagram in the hardware of the race,the rich practical experience accumulated in the process of the present research,and the combination of the theoretical knowledge with the practice.This paper also further verifies the reliability of the research results and establishes the firm theoretical and practical basis for the design and construction of future electric vehicle.
