Asphalt mixture pavement has many advantages,such as smooth surface,comfortable driving,wear resistance,easy maintenance and so on.It has been widely used in highway and high-grade highway.However,in recent years,asphalt pavement has appeared many kinds of early damage to different extent.The research shows that paving segregation is one of the main causes of early disease.In the process of paving asphalt pavement paving segregation phenomenon of asphalt paver spiral distributing device is analyzed,it is concluded that the optimization parameters,optimization of data provide certain improvement for the paver spiral distributing device.This paper relies on the project of a highway in Inner Mongolia,on the asphalt paver working parameters was studied by analysis of the rolling mechanism,the spiral pellets in the process of conveying and distributing device of the granular stress state,cloth in the groove of the motion and particle dynamics,determine the angle of helix,speed,stand paver speed are the main factors affecting the stress distributing groove of asphalt mixture;through the analysis of the device structure parameters of fabric with spiral,established a three-dimensional model of spiral distributing device in SolidWorks software,and EDEM into discrete element simulation software,analyzes the influence of structure parameters and motion parameters of spiral distributing device the aggregate motion state and speed of the characteristics of the cutting process of mixture of particles,according to the results of the simulation output data,it is concluded that improved parameters is proposed The spiral distributing device improvement scheme,while the impact of filling coefficient,screw speed and paver speed of cloth segregation is studied,and the paver in the operation process of the best filling coefficient,cloth spiral optimal speed range and paver optimum running speed range;finally,analysis the spiral distributing device of hydraulic control system and its control system mathematical model is established.The application of Simulink to the system simulation analysis,the simulation results show that the system response is slow,easy mixture accumulated in the fabric process,causes the screw speed is not stable,resulting in themixture segregation.In view of this situation,the fuzzy PID control is proposed to improve the control system.The simulation results show that the improved system can greatly shorten the response time and improve the stability of the spiral rotation.
