Asphalt pavement is widely used with its superior properties,but the problem of temperature sensitivity makes asphalt pavement prone to rut at high temperature and crack at low temperature,which affects the performance and service life of asphalt pavement.From the angle of active response,in order to realize the active regulation of asphalt pavement temperature and relieve the temperature sensitivity of asphalt pavement,the research applied the epoxy resin composite phase change material of appropriate temperature sequence to asphalt pavement,thus to reduce asphalt pavement diseases of low temperature.However,due to large viscosity of epoxy resin,it could only be prepared by hand instead of machine,resulting in poor preparation stability and large performance variation.Aimed at the defects in preparation and application of existing epoxy resin composite phase change materials,a small scale preparation equipment was developed,based on which the preparation and curing process were determined.The epoxy resin composite phase change thermoregulation agent particle(ERCPCTA)was prepared by using industrial grade raw materials.The product had good preparation stability and small coefficient of variation,as well as good durability and storage stability.The physical and mechanical indexes were measured,and the phase change enthalpy and characteristic temperatures of ERCPCTA were determined with the use of analytical instruments like DSC,TG and infrared spectroscopy,the corresponding recommended value and working conditions were given.Experimental results showed that the ERCPCTA had good heat resistance and could bear the high temperature of asphalt mixture application.Not reacting with the components of phase change microcapsules.Epoxy resin simply played a physical role in packaging.The results of step cooling and step heat tests showed the effect of phase change process on the temperature variation of the material,and the relationship between specimen transition temperatures and the phase change characteristic temperatures of the material was established.The specific heat capacity test results showed that the variation of the specific heat capacity with temperature could be divided into three stages: solid zone,fuzzy zone and liquid zone.The corresponding relational expression of temperature-specific heat capacity was given through regression analysis.The thermal conductivity of ERCPCTA was close to that of epoxy resin with small change with temperature.
