Having the advantage of good terrain adaptability? definite load conditions? easy construction and simple maintenance,Simply-Supported Bridges with Continuous slab-decks is widely used in mountainous highway.Because of the complex topographical condition,bridges in mountainous area are typically irregular bridge,whose piers are usually quite high and the difference of height between piers is big,and its seismic response is very complex.On the basis of predecessors' research results,this paper focus on the longitudinal seismic response of irregular Simply-Supported Bridges with Continuous slab-decks,the main research content is as follows:(1)Consulting the related literature and data,summarize the research status of the seismic response of Simply-Supported Bridges with Continuous slab-decks;According to the seismic damage of Simply-Supported Bridges,summarize the enlightenment we should learn from seismic damage,indicate the importance of seismic concept design of small and medium span girder bridge and the principles to be followed.(2)Summarize the main methods of seismic response analysis at present;Establish the finite element model,considering the sliding of bearing?the elastoplastic displacement of piers ? restraint of the abutment ? pounding between adjacent girders;Confirm the corresponding relation of site classification method between China and America and select suitable seismic waves from the PEER database.(3)Study the dynamic characteristics of the Simply-Supported Bridges with Continuous slab-decks and the ordinary Simply-Supported Bridges;Using IDA method,study the difference of the longitudinal seismic response between the two types bridges under different GPA,summarize the characteristics of the longitudinal seismic response of irregular Simply-Supported Bridges with Continuous slab-decks.(4)Summarize the hazard and the related literature of longitudinal pounding of girder bridge;Study the impact of pounding on the longitudinal seismic response of the bridge under the GPA of 0.4g;On this basis,study the impact of stiffness ratio(0.3~1.0)between adjacent girders on the longitudinal pounding respectively at the condition only considering the pounding between adjacent girders and the condition not only considering the pounding between adjacent girders but also the pounding between girder and abutment.(5)Summarize the related literature of longitudinal restrain measures of girder bridge,analysis the essential of longitudinal restrain of Simply-Supported Bridges with Continuous slab-decks;Conduct parametric analysis of the impact of the stiffness of cable-unseating prevention devices and the velocity index ? and the damping coefficient C on the restrict capability and the overall seismic performance of the bridge.
