Automobile production is very complex,involving a large number of manufacturing resources.While different resources configuration can lead to different production costs and processing quality.Therefore,a reasonable resources configuration scheme can enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of automobile enterprises.Taking the automobile production workshop as the research object,the authors investigated the manufacturing resource modeling,cooperative manufacturing chain modeling and optimization,operation situation analysis and the development of manufacturing resource optimization system.Firstly,the model establishment principle was determined according to the manufacturing situation of automobile workshop.Based on this principle,the manufacturing resource model of automobile workshop was established and the XML language was used to describe the manufacturing resource.The part-level machining tasks were decomposed into process-level machining tasks.Then a cooperative manufacturing sub-task model was established.The time of the manufacturing task was obtained according to the characteristics of process knowledge and workshop manufacturing resources.A method for matching the manufacturing resource with the manufacturing task was proposed.By means of the above method,the candidate manufacturing resource set for each manufacturing task was obtained.According to the order of the sequential processing tasks,the manufacturing resources for manufacturing sub-task services were combined into a cooperative manufacturing chain.Secondly,an improved firefly algorithm and fuzzy analytical hierarchy process were used to optimize the cooperative manufacturing chain so as to reduce manufacturing costs and processing time,improve manufacturing quality and reduce resource load.All the cooperative manufacturing chains in the workshop were combined into a cooperative manufacturing chain network.The operation of the workshop was analyzed by calculating the node degree,degree distribution,node load,network reliability etc.in the network.At last,a manufacturing resource optimization platform was developed by using the ASP.NET.The platform includes resource management module,task management module,cooperative manufacturing chain generation module,cooperative manufacturing chain optimization module,performance analysis module.And,an application example was given to verify the feasibility of the platform.
