Highway greening drip irrigation technology is the scientific use of modern drip irrigation technology irrigation highway central separation zone and other green belt,reduce water tanker flooding and other high energy consumption conservation methods to ensure the safe and smooth highway,save resources and build a resource-saving society.Based on the hydraulic characteristics of drip irrigation tube,three influencing factors and two main evaluation indexes were identified.Drip irrigation technology used mainly in agriculture,the length of the drip irrigation pipe,the initial design of the head often rely on experience,and the relationship between the evaluation of indicators is not enough,not scientific and rational guidance of highway greening work.Therefore,the study of the hydraulic characteristics of drip irrigation pipe is of great significance to the preliminary design of drip irrigation system.Based on the research on drip irrigation technology at home and abroad,the main points and mechanism of drip irrigation technology are analyzed.The technical route and test plan are determined according to the research results and shortcomings in the related literature.The drip irrigation technical parameters were analyzed and analyzed.The relationship between the influencing factors and the uniformity and the deviation rate was analyzed by the model test.The influence of each factor was analyzed.The results show that the trend of irrigation uniformity is similar to that of drip pipe length.Under the condition of 30-40 m length of drip irrigation tube,the irrigation uniformity is basically kept above 80%.The height of the initial head is higher,The higher the uniformity,the increase in irrigation uniformity can be increased by about 4% in the initial head height of 3-4 m;the influence of the drip spacing is significantly lower.The deviation rate of the drip pipe is 30-40 m in length,and the variation range is about 0.25.The effect of this factor on the deviation rate is small.The initial water head height is within 4-5m,the flow deviation rate is basically close to the level,The maximum difference of 0.03,the impact of a smaller degree.In this paper,the head loss characteristics of the drip irrigation system are analyzed.The results show that the head loss is consistent with the calculated values of the Pallachus formula and the drip irrigation recommendation formula,and the change of the two head losses is found to ensure the drip irrigation system design is more reasonable and effective.The actual measured head loss is greater than the two theoretical values,drip formula is recommended closer to the test value and found that local head loss can be roughly calculated as the total head loss of 0.15-0.28 times.The paper analyzes the law of irrigation uniformity and flow rate deviation under other conditions by IBM MODLER statistical software analysis.The relative error of the two is less than 0.0021.The length of drip irrigation pipe under the condition of 65 m,the height change of the head has little effect on the uniformity.The deviation rate of flow is less than 70 m in length.Through the experimental analysis and data query,the preliminary design of expressway drip irrigation system is carried out,and the congestion problem of drip irrigation system is analyzed and discussed,and a series of solutions are put forward.
